1. Participate in the company's marketing strategy, formulate marketing strategies and plans according to the marketing strategy, and implement them after approval;
2. Be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with customers and all sectors of society within the jurisdiction, and establishing a sound customer relationship management system;
3. Regularly check and analyze the marketing environment, objectives, plans and business activities, timely adjust the marketing strategies and plans, regularly report and evaluate risks and formulate alternatives to ensure the completion of the set objectives.
4. Conduct market research and analysis on the company's products, regularly provide relevant analysis reports, and provide decision-making basis for the company;
5. Be responsible for the signing, negotiation and signing of major marketing contracts;
6. Preside over the formulation and revision of the working procedures and rules and regulations of the marketing system, and implement them after discussion by the President Office;
7. Be responsible for establishing the company's brand and improving the company's brand influence;
8. Formulate the annual professional training plan of the marketing system and assist the training department in its implementation;
9. Be responsible for team building and training of the department.
Basic requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (can be relaxed if the conditions are excellent). Those with working experience in medical property industry and network are preferred (North China region);
2. More than five years of relevant work experience, and more than three years of work experience in the same position.
