1. Report work to the President, assist department leaders to organize investigation, research and summary work around the key work of each stage of the company, report the situation in a timely manner, and do a good job of staff;
2. Arrange and coordinate the daily work schedule of the president, timely remind the general manager of the planned work arrangement, and submit the application, report, documents and other documents that need to be reviewed by the president;
3. Convey the President's instructions to relevant departments, inquire and urge the President to explain the matters through telephone, on-site inspection, etc., and follow up and report the matters concerned by the President;
4. Assist the department director to sort out or draft various documents assigned by the president. Collect, sort out and provide corresponding information to provide basis for various decisions;
5. Assist in writing or proofreading comprehensive written materials submitted and distributed in the name of the company; Responsible for organizing the drafting of the president's meeting materials, drafting the president's related speeches and the company's semi annual and year-end work summary and other materials;
6. Assist the department director to organize, notify and coordinate the monthly department head meeting and other important meetings of the company, be responsible for the text sorting of meeting decisions and resolutions, and the sorting and archiving of meeting minutes and meeting minutes;
7. Receive external customers according to the company's regulations;
8. Assist the company's external public relations work, such as the government, associations, etc., and handle the relationship with relevant units; Be responsible for the preliminary preparation, interim declaration and later filing of the company's relevant qualification declaration;
9. Be responsible for the management of the company's internal journals, including editing, printing, proofreading, sending, etc;
10. Organize, plan and implement the company's large-scale activities to ensure the smooth progress of the activities.
11. Regularly sort and archive various documents of the company, and be responsible for the sorting and archiving of documents of the president and the office of the Administration Department;
12. Protect the security of the company's relevant confidential information
Basic requirements:
1. Age 23-45;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in secretary and administration is preferred; Veterans at or above regimental level are preferred;
3. At least 3 years of secretarial work experience, proficient in office system;
4. Good professional ethics, law-abiding, loyal to duty, strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
5. Excellent communication, writing and coordination skills.
