1. According to the existing staffing and business development needs, coordinate and count the recruitment needs of each department, and prepare the annual recruitment plan;
2. Establish and develop multiple recruitment channels (campus, talent market, military transformation office, network, headhunting), select effective recruitment channels according to position differences, maintain them regularly, and select and eliminate channels according to their use;
3. Be responsible for timely and accurate processing of resume information posted on talent websites and internal and external networks, screening and backup effective resumes, and completing recruitment tasks;
4. Assist HR Manager to establish and improve the company's recruitment process and system, and formulate and improve relevant systems.
Basic requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in human resources;
2. Skilled in office software operation;
3. Have good professional ethics and strong professionalism, strong work principles;
4. Initiative, strong learning ability, good sense of teamwork.
