Cleaning Technical Manager

Post responsibilities

1. Under the leadership of the technical director, coordinate the new product development plan and technical innovation plan of the cleaning sector, continue to promote on-site improvement, and improve product quality and output;

2. Formulate and improve the business instruction manual of the cleaning sector to meet business and production needs;

3. Guide and review the work flow and safety operation specifications of the cleaning section of the Project Department, and promote the effective management and use of technical documents by each user department;

4. Guide the Project Department to establish an emergency plan for the cleaning sector, supervise regular drills, and put forward suggestions for improvement;

5. Participate in the review of nonconforming materials of the Project Department, and sign and confirm the disposal opinions of the Nonconforming Product Disposal Sheet;

6. Supervise, support and timely solve the quality abnormalities related to the cleaning part in the production process of the Project Department;

7. Be responsible for technical training and guidance at the initialization stage of the Project Department, and make optimization and improvement;

8. Cooperate with quality personnel to inspect the quality of the project department and guide the improvement of on-site work;

9. Be responsible for the regular training and teaching of relevant technicians in the cleaning section of the project department, and constantly improve the professional skills and level of the project department;

10. Supervise and maintain the 7S status of the cleaning section of the Project Department;

11. Assist marketing personnel to provide measurement support for new market development and provide measurement reports;

12. Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the superior on time.

Job requirements

Basic requirements:

1. Age: 30-50 years old, college degree or above

2. Be familiar with various rules and regulations, job operation specifications, have received professional training, have rich practical experience, and have the ability to edit system documents;

3. Have been engaged in property management for more than 5 years, and be familiar with relevant work standards;

4. Skilled in business, able to independently organize skills training for each position, strong communication and coordination ability, and strong sense of responsibility;
