1. Under the leadership of the technical director, coordinate the new product development plan and technical innovation plan of the medical assistance sector, continue to promote on-site improvement, and improve product quality and output;
2. Formulate and improve the business guidance manual for the medical assistance sector to meet business and production needs;
3. Guide and review the workflow and safety operation specifications of the medical auxiliary part of the project department, and promote the effective management and use of technical documents by each user department;
4. Guide the Project Department to establish the emergency plan for the medical assistance sector, supervise the regular drills, and put forward suggestions for improvement;
5. Be responsible for etiquette training for management personnel at all levels and front-line employees of the company, create the image of employees in key positions of the company, service specifications, create sharp knife products, and improve service quality
5. Supervise, support and timely solve the quality abnormalities related to medical auxiliary parts in the production process of the Project Department;
6. Be responsible for technical training and guidance at the initialization stage of the Project Department, and make optimization and improvement;
7. Cooperate with quality personnel to inspect the quality of the project department and guide the improvement of on-site work;
8. Supervise and maintain the 7S status of the medical auxiliary part of the project department;
9. Assist marketing personnel to provide measurement support for new market development and provide measurement reports;
10. Be responsible for the regular training and teaching of relevant technicians in the cleaning section of the Project Department, and constantly improve the professional skills and level of the Project Department;
11. Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the superior on time.
Basic requirements:
1.25-40 years old, college degree or above
2. Experience requirements: experience in high-end cases, clubs, hotel training or relevant work experience, experience in flight attendant service is preferred; Have received quality training from professional trainers, and have rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in etiquette; Engaged in property management for more than 2 years, familiar with relevant work standards.
3. Knowledge requirements: familiar with various rules and regulations, job operation specifications, professional training, rich practical experience; Ability to edit system documents;
4. Ability requirements: excellent language expression, communication ability, coordination ability, good affinity, keen observation training, and communication ability (employees, management personnel, Party A's leaders)
