Post responsibilities

1. Under the leadership of the quality and technical director, coordinate the new product development plan and technical innovation plan of the electromechanical engineering sector, continue to promote on-site improvement, and improve product quality and output;

2. Formulate and improve the business guidance manual of electromechanical engineering to meet business and production needs;

3. Guide and review the workflow and safety operation specifications of the electromechanical engineering section of the project department, and promote the effective management and use of technical documents by each user department;

4. Guide the Project Department to establish the emergency plan for electromechanical engineering, supervise regular drills, and put forward suggestions for improvement;

5. Participate in the review of nonconforming materials of the Project Department, and sign and confirm the disposal opinions of the Nonconforming Product Disposal Sheet;

6. Supervise, support and timely solve the quality abnormalities related to electromechanical engineering in the production process of the Project Department;

7. Be responsible for technical training and guidance at the initialization stage of the Project Department, and make optimization and improvement;

8. Cooperate with quality personnel to inspect the quality of the project department and guide the improvement of on-site work;

9. Supervise and maintain the 7S status of the electromechanical engineering part of the project department;

10. Assist marketing personnel to provide measurement support for new market development and provide measurement reports;

11. Be responsible for the regular training and teaching of relevant technicians in the electromechanical engineering part of the project department, and constantly improve the professional skills and level of the project department;

Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the superior on time.


Job requirements

Basic requirements:

  1. Age: 25-35

  2. Professional title: College degree or above, major in computer and information technology

  3. Knowledge requirements: proficient in using office software, familiar with information system technology development and application management; Capable of independent analysis, system maintenance and network fault handling; Proficient in computer network, software and hardware installation and maintenance, familiar with network management elements, processes and network knowledge

  4. Experience requirements: more than 3 years of relevant work experience

  5. Ability requirements: Mandarin standard. Have certain organizational and communication skills

  6. Other requirements: good image and temperament, affinity
