1. Report to the president, formulate, organize and implement the annual, quarterly and monthly training plans of the company according to the company's development strategy;
2. Carry out employee career planning, guide employees to carry out career design, and prepare employee development files;
3. Organize and implement various trainings of the company according to various training plans of the company;
4. Be responsible for the management of new managers' induction training, and implement training, new employee care, training feedback and training assessment;
5. Check and supervise the implementation of the training plan, regularly summarize the overall training situation and the training inspection of each trainer, make an objective evaluation of the training effect, and propose new training plans;
6. Be responsible for the construction of the learning platform of the "teaching school" and the design and development of the curriculum according to the internal and external needs, and effectively maintain and use it.
7. Accumulate training experience and materials, prepare, modify and improve training materials;
8. Teach training courses, guide and assist departments and trainers to implement training plans, provide consultation and guidance for trainers, and improve training quality and effect;
9. Do a good job of trainer management and cultivate internal trainer echelon;
10. Regularly supervise and inspect the training work of regional companies and give guidance;
11. Protect the security of the company's relevant confidential information

1. 25-50 years old, healthy;
2. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management or Management; Served as instructor, veteran, regiment level cadre or above is preferred;
3. More than five years of training management experience;
4. Strong communication, coordination, analysis, organization and management ability and management communication knowledge;
5. Good language expression, writing and document processing skills;
6. Proficient in operating WINDOWS, EXCEL, WORD, PPT and INTERNET.
