1. Assist the Operation Director in organizing and implementing the initialization of new projects
2. Assist the Marketing Department in surveying and surveying the bidding project site in the responsible area
3. Agency training for new management personnel in the responsible area
4. Under the leadership of the Operation Director, organize and implement the on-site service quality inspection and assessment and professional guidance of the Project Department;
5. Statistically analyze the quality of quality work in the responsible area, assist the Operation Director in formulating quality improvement and improvement plans, and assist in organizing the implementation;
6. Guide and review the work process and safety operation specifications of each part of the Project Department, and promote the effective management and use of technical documents by each user department;
7. Guide the Project Department to establish professional emergency plans, supervise regular drills, and put forward suggestions for improvement;
8. Supervise, support and timely solve relevant quality abnormalities of each module in the production process of the Project Department;
