It is mainly composed of six storey multi-storey residential buildings, with community service centers, schools, supermarkets, leisure green spaces, large agricultural machinery parking spots, apartments for the elderly and other facilities. The environment is beautiful and the infrastructure is perfect. According to the survey, the number of the elderly in the community accounts for 20% of the total, and the aging phenomenon is prominent. In order to improve the living standards and quality of life of the residents and effectively meet the needs of the elderly care services of the masses, intelligent home-based elderly care has become one of the priorities of the community to benefit the people's livelihood.

During the investigation and visit, Manager Meng answered the questions raised in the area of old-age care in Jining one by one, pointed out that intelligent home-based old-age care is the most important and easily accepted form of old-age care at present, and asked Jining to do a good job in the survey of elderly service needs, combine the current situation of the community, cooperate with the community government departments, and flexibly apply the Weifang service model, Carry out the first phase of community pilot. Manager Meng stressed that the center will strongly support the development of home-based elderly care services for the project, and provide corresponding technical, operational and management guidance. He hoped that the project would live up to the expectations of all. It should integrate property management, home-based elderly care and housekeeping services, and be a real "close housekeeper".
